Skiers, who would rather not indulge in après skiing at Café/Restaurant Stab Aldo of Aldo Ramsbeck, because dinner is served there at five o'clock, visit the Bierstube of Walter and Josephine Velbert and their son Herbert. Here it's always party time and not only for skiers. When everyone sits down to eat at Aldo's, Willem quietly brings in "der Förster" Ratinger for a few more stiff nightcaps. When the livestock is put away for the night, Anton from Neuendorf's Bauernhof and Guido Rotherbaum from the Edelweiss Alm sometimes come and drink a beer here together before retiring for the night. They enjoy this particularly because the Bierstube has a large choice of special beers such as Stiegl Beer, Gunther's Beer, Rheingold and the potent Schultheiss Bock, which goes straight to the head of the average tourist after two pints. Guido's favourite is the Edelweiss beer of course because of its name. He thinks it is pleasantly light, so you can drink it in large quantities. On Sunday evening when the guests have departed and the new arrivals are to bed, tired from their journey, the Bierstube is taken over by the local population. Even Anna Ratinger, the Tiroler Kapelle's sexton's wife, always comes in for a pint. This is the evening when the villagers are together again for a while. They consider this to be "Gemütlich".
